About Smart Web Services

Before starting Smart Web Services, I spent my career helping some of the world's largest brands create better experiences for their customers.

At the same time, I grew up watching my parents run a small business. They were incredible at what they did, but like many business owners, they didn't always have access to the same tools, technology, and expertise that larger companies take for granted.

That contrast always stuck with me.

I saw how large organizations use thoughtful design, clear communication, and modern technology to build trust and make it easy for people to find what they need. I also saw how difficult it can be for smaller businesses to compete online, even when they provide exceptional services.

I chose to focus on therapists because mental health is something I care deeply about.

Finding the right therapist can be intimidating. For many people, visiting a therapist's website is the very first step in asking for help. Before they make a call, send an email, or schedule a consultation, they're trying to answer a simple question:

A website plays a bigger role in that decision than most people realize.

My goal is to help therapists create websites that feel warm, trustworthy, and approachable while making it easy for potential clients to understand who they are, what they specialize in, and how to get started.

I believe great websites do more than look professional. They help the right people find the right support at the moment they need it most.
